Le Faham

Montmartre & Northern Paris

Named after an orchid used to flavour rum on the Ìle de la Réunion, this modern bistro is the love-child of Top Chef candidate Kelly Rangama and pâtissier Jérôme Devreese, who take your tastebuds to the Indian Ocean and beyond with dishes like scallops with spicy black pudding and bourbon-beer sauce. For dessert: cinnamon-laced sweet-potato tatin and sorbet. Reservations essential.
