With its old signage, it might look like just another 'restaurant Chinois' (Chinese restaurant) on the fringe of multicultural Belleville, but look again. Inside the designer interior, foodies lounge on stools around the open kitchen feasting on stunning French-Asian cuisine from Japanese chef Taku Sekine. His creative spins on traditional pork noodles, bao buns and crème caramel are already legendary.
