Spectacularly situated in an industrial 1850s former granary on Bassin de la Villette, Paname's taproom has floor-to-ceiling windows and opens on to a terrace shaded by an ancient cherry tree and a floating table-strewn pontoon. Its five seasonal beers typically include a pilsner, session, märzen, Berliner Weisse, pale ale or IPA (look out for them around Paris too).
The pick of its bar menu (served noon-3pm & 6.30-11pm) – think street food-style snacks, pizzas, salads and burgers – is the 'All Black' lamb burger (€16) with homemade barbecue-beer sauce on a black sesame seed bun.
