Pierre Sang

Le Marais, Ménilmontant & Belleville

At Top Chef finalist Pierre Sang's flagship, modern French cuisine has a strong fusion lilt thanks to his French and Korean background, and the vibe is casual and fun. He also has a neighbouring French-Korean atelier annex at 6 rue Gambey, and experimental 'signature' restaurant at 8 rue Gambey. Kids under eight years eat free here and at the atelier.

The celebrity chef runs cooking classes for adults, children and families, along with market visits and aperitif workshops; all are in French.
