This offbeat hotel has themed all its rooms after notable figures from Mirepoix’ past. The best ones are the Louis XVI–style Monseigneur room, with windows overlooking the main square, and the Dame-Louise room, decorated in Louis XIII–style, with a four-poster bed and a superb view over the cathedral. The more modern Voyageur room has its own small balcony (but twin beds).
