Fromagerie Coulaud

Auvergne

An essential stop for hyper-local Auvergnat cheese, this periwinkle-blue crémerie has been running since 1925 and its produce is mercifully unchanged since then. Antique milk jugs and farming tools bedeck the interior alongside dozens of cheeses from bleu de Laqueuille to goat- and sheep-milk varieties. Homemade jams and local honeys are on sale, too.
