After a visit to Espace Pagès, continue through the arcade to find tucked-away Pub La Distillerie, where you can sample Le Puy's renowned emerald liqueur in a cocktail, or pick from more than 40 beers. Brass tureens and retro furniture establish a pleasingly antique ambience in which to gulp a Mojit'Auvergnat cocktail (you guessed it: a mojito made with verveine).
