Hotel Chris'tel

Auvergne

More practical than pretty, likeable Hotel Chris'tel ticks all the boxes: spacious, wooden-floored rooms are kept sparkling clean, the bed sheets are good quality, and it's only 500m south of the old town's hubbub. Most rooms have balconies and all have writing desks and neat modern bathrooms.

The breakfast buffet of bread, yoghurts and other continental standards is good value at €9.90 and parking is free (if you can get one of their spots, that is).
