The biggest lure of this impressive delicatessen is its mind-boggling array of saucissons d'Auvergne, local dried sausage in incarnations from duck to kangaroo and flavours as varied as forest berry and goat's cheese. Liqueurs, wines and jams are on sale too, and there are dairy delights in the cheese shop on the opposite side of the street.
