With over 100 stalls in 3500 sq metres, Nîmes’ covered market is the best place for supplies. Look out for local specialities including picholines – a local green olive with its own AOP (Appellation d’Origine Protégée) – and brandade (salt cod). You'll also find a couple of great eateries.
