Musée de la Mer

This museum, inside Île Ste-Marguerite's 17th-century Fort Royal, features interpretive exhibits tracing the fort's history, with great displays from shipwrecks found off the island's coast. You'll also see the old state prison, built under Louis XIV, including the cell of the Man in the Iron Mask.
