La Pause

At the gorges’ southern end in the village of Le Rozier, this cute B&B occupies a traditional stone house, with three simple rooms in pinks and yellows, plus a couple of family-sized suites. Breakfast (including homemade jams) is served on the garden terrace, and there’s a heated pool with plunging views over the green valley to the hamlet of Peyreleau.
