Tucked along one of Foix' quiet back lanes, Le Jeu de l'Oie serves satisfying plates of confit de canard (duck confit) and cassoulet as well as roasted salmon with a chorizo crust and roasted red peppers stuffed with goat's cheese. It has a warm, easy-going atmosphere and excellent-value menus.
