Its 16 rooms and two stilt-perched, family-friendly treehouse cabins are thoroughly contemporary, while its rustic restaurant is wonderful (menu €53). As well as a vegetable garden and herd of pigs (spoiler alert – they end up as charcuterie), there’s a heated indoor pool, with vast mountain-view windows.
