Café Le Bip’s

Famed for its gargantuan servings of traditional Corsican country food, this ancient, candlelit stone cellar is a favourite refuge for students from the island’s only university. Find it on the vast open plaza that stands below and parallel to cours Paoli. In winter, only the bare-bones cafe section upstairs is open, and it doesn’t serve food.
