Near the foot of the steps from the port up to the citadel, this fusion-flavoured modern restaurant prepares seasonally changing specials using exquisite market-sourced produce. Expect anything from bouillabaisse to Corsican veal chops (from the striped vache tigre cow), and appetisers of purple artichokes, slow-roasted peppers and artisanal sausages.
