Hôtel de la Plage Santa Vittoria

You can't get any closer to the beach than this family-run hotel; cross the pathway beneath its ochre arcades and you’re standing on yellow sand. Guest rooms are crisp and clean, and slightly larger on the town side, but those sea views are irresistible. Downsides? The beach gets very crowded in summer, and the wi-fi is patchy.
