If you want to be right near the old quarter and not pay through the nose, this is the place. Room design is in a generic hotel style, with a few decorative touches. Rooms on the top floor (there's a lift) enjoy views of Collioure. The cheaper standard rooms have obstructed views. On-site parking is free, but spaces are limited.
