Secluded behind a maroon-and-gold awning, this sparkling and very elegant eatery serves top-quality French dishes using local products – look for Loire fish, lamb, asparagus and saffron, Touraine truffles, and Ste-Maure-de-Touraine, a delicious local chèvre. In winter specialities include melt-in-your-mouth hare and foie-gras terrine. Has vegetarian options from June to August.
