Poissonnerie Laurent

Cassis

Run by brothers Laurent and Eric, this fish shop-cum-seafood restaurant has been a fixture on the Cassis waterfront for decades, and it shows no sign of losing its popularity (especially on sunny days, when the harbour terrace is always full). Expect fresh, simple seafood – perhaps steamed mussels (€14), fish plucked from the slab and expertly grilled, or bouillabaisse (€46).

Laurent closes annually for around 4 weeks over November and December.
