Super-chef Olivier Roellinger’s sumptuous restaurant is housed in the impressive Château Richeux, 4km south of Cancale. Roellinger’s creations have earned him three Michelin stars (though he renounced them in 2008), and the food takes in the culinary highlights of Brittany and Normandy, all beautifully cooked and imaginatively served.
