A charming new addition to Vieux Lyon's St-Georges neighbourhood, La Cuisinerie has a deliciously innovative menu of tapas-sized plates with global influences. You can sample a wide range of flavours (including vegetarian dishes) in small plates like chicken and goat cheese churros, crayfish ravioli, or smoked salmon blinis with wasabi cream, among dozens of other options.
High ceilings, stone walls, industrial fixtures and big windows set the scene. La Cuisinerie stays open late, though the last food order is at 10pm.
