Nos Chambres en Ville

Lyon

Graphic artist and jewellery designer Karine Sigiscar runs this three-room B&B in an 18th-century home midway between Croix Rousse and the Hôtel de Ville. It's on the ground floor. Rooms come with stone walls, exposed wood beams, low ceilings and parquet flooring. Common areas are limited, as half the building is the owner's personal living space.

Bonus: breakfast is served in a cute patio in warm weather.
