Tucked away on place Madeleine's quieter side, this classy-casual restaurant scores points for its all-day service (a rarity in Beaune, with snacks served between 4pm and 7pm), and its friendly and attentive waitstaff. But the clincher is the well-prepared, reasonably priced bistro fare, from grilled salmon with leek fondue to beef carpaccio with olive oil, basil and parmesan.
