Talented young chef Léo Forget is turning heads in foodie Bordeaux with his striking new locavore neobistro, with stylish zinc bar, mix of rough chip-wood and retro geometric-tile flooring and a back wall plastered in faded ginger newspapers. The lunchtime menu, which might see confit de canard (confit duck) with old-world veg or sweet-and-sour cod chalked on the board, is unbeatable value. Cuisine is strictly seasonal.
