Café Gusco

Bordeaux

From the miniature bouquets of dried flowers wedged in coffee beans in glass vases on the tables to the peppermint-green walls and wicker lampshades, every last detail is taken great care of at this specialist coffee shop. Pauline – Bordeaux’s only female roaster and barista – is the creative force behind it all. Her lunchtime tarts are equally superb.

A picture-postcard terrace beneath trees rounds off the enchanting ensemble.
