With exposed gold-stone walls and a soothing, slate-blue colour palette, this contemporary coffee shop in Bordeaux's vintage wine-merchant district is a relaxed place to sit back and chill over a serious espresso made from carefully selected, home-roasted green beans. Filter coffee is barista Théo's first love, but everything is good here, including the fantastically handsome beetroot latte with a green-tea-and-white-chocolate cookie on the side.
