After pursuing other gastronomic ventures far and wide, dynamic young chef Philippe Latrasse returned to his native Autun in 2017 to launch this intimate, modern bistro with only 24 place settings. The simple menu features three market-fresh mains each day: one meat, one fish and one veggie, all finished off with exquisite desserts.
