Au Crocodile

This hushed temple of French gastronomy is named after a stuffed toothy critter brought back from Egypt by one of Napoléon’s generals. Artistically presented seasonal specialities like fillet of turbot with algae, creamed watercress and oyster tartar have won Au Crocodile a Michelin star.
