Radisson Blu Grand Hotel Tammer

Tampere

Constructed in 1929, this is one of Finland’s oldest hotels and enjoys a fine location beside the rapids. After the gloriously old-fashioned elegance of the public areas, the rooms are a little disappointing, though they have the expected facilities and Nordic comfort levels. Parking costs €18; a good breakfast buffet and sauna are included.
