They'll have you believe it's called the WaterLoo because it's a British pub (with requisite sport on the telly, etc). But it's actually a double entendre, as this quirky little cylindrical art deco building is a former public lavatory. If that seems like kind of a gross place to drink, you might prefer the outside tables in summer. Cash only.
