Gaissa

The upstairs restaurant of the Hotel Santa Claus, Gaissa, has a menu of Lappish dishes such as roast reindeer with locally grown potatoes and morel sauce or fennel-marinated pike-perch with lingonberry jam. Its bar, ZoomIt, caters to a local crowd with less elaborate dishes and a lunch buffet.
