Ultima

Helsinki

The creators of famed restaurant Finnjävel, Henri Alén and Tommi Tuominen, are at it again, reopening the doors as Ultima. This time they've come up with the ultimate in local cuisine, growing their own greens and breeding crickets on-site. Expect culinary innovation at its cutting edge without losing the focus of actually nourishing its guests. The unconventional decor with soft lighting is itself a talking point.
