Opened in 1917, Bellevue is Helsinki’s oldest Russian restaurant. Along with its signature pot-roasted bear (€55), it offers more standard choices, from zakuska (mixed starters) and a range of blini (vendace roe, wild mushroom) to chicken Kiev and roast pheasant with beetroot troika, and cranberry soup for dessert. The atmosphere is elegant and old-fashioned.
