Plonked between a village and a fabulous slice of shoreline, Oarsman's Bay occupies two worlds. The same can be said about its accommodation: bures and the dorm – perched above the restaurant overlooking the sea – are incredibly basic, but have trillion-dollar views. Renovations were underway at the time of research, though they hadn't interrupted the filling meals (compulsory meal plan adult/child $85/45) at the communal restaurant, village visits and cave/snorkelling trips.
