Four simple, dark, yet comfortable bure sit on a grassy hillside looking out to sea at this raved-about ecoresort. It uses alternative energy wherever possible, is into composting and recycling, and has a large organic garden growing fruit and veg for its restaurant (optional meal plans from $106). The dive shop is excellent and takes the same eco-bent.
