This fun and friendly stripside spot is a longtime Mamanucas drawcard: it even attracts guests from the fancier resorts to its social sunset bar and excellent seafood restaurant. No-fuss, no-frills, decent-sized dorms share cold-water showers; quieter rooms and bures have private facilities and loads of space.

As evident by its name, the resort is big on diving, and is close to top underwater spots including Supermarket and Gotham City. The PADI Open Water Diver Course is $825, two-tank dives $230.
