This crisp, 100% Fijian-owned resort caters to both families (school holidays) and couples looking for a romantic escape (rest of the year). All 46 tropical-plantation-style bures have sea views; some are a footstep from the white sand. Young'uns like the kids club, their own pool and beach games; bigger folks love the adults-only pool (with swim-up bar and lounge), spa and intimate Tadra beach bures.

There are two fabulous restaurants (optional meal plans adults/children $155/77.50), one of which is open only to guests aged 13 and over, plus a sunset-view beach bar.
