Once the town’s flashiest digs, Dreamland has lost some of its sheen but provides some of the best Bishoftu views. All rooms have richly polished furniture and private balconies facing the lake. Its positive is the on-site restaurant: its lofty perch on Bishoftu’s crater rim and a serenade of birdsong make this the place to dine (mains Birr80 to Birr140).
