Viinistu Restaurant

Part of the complex containing Viinistu Art Hotel and Museum, this smart restaurant-bar specialises in fish from local waters, some of it smoked in-house. Gold sea bream is served with tomato consommé and grilled vegetables, and herring with egg, potato and sour cream. There's an inviting deck, but the sea views are just as good through big picture windows.
