This grand, early-19th-century heritage-listed building has been converted into an upmarket hotel, complete with a solarium, beauty spa and outdoor heated tub and swimming pool. The rooms in the main house are gorgeous, but best of all are the open-plan garden suites, reached via an arcade of tropical fruit trees and bougainvillea. There's also a 2 AA Rosette restaurant on-site.
