Fisherman's Wife

Classic, simple seafood dishes and its prime location overlooking the beach and harbour have kept diners coming back to Fisherman's Wife for years. Whitby lobster, local crab and Lindisfarne oysters are on the menu, as well as classic fish and chips, but though the food is decent the no-reservations policy means there's often a queue out the door. Is it worth it? Not really.
