Humber St Distillery

Yorkshire

This ambitious, gin-obsessed cocktail bar in the heart of Hull's Fruit Market area has dark-wood bar panelling offset by exposed-brick walls. The gin menu is a tome of around 150 world gins, including many local and limited-edition releases; you can take a gin flight (weeknights only); and the bar has even started producing its own gin.
