The beautiful Grade II–listed building sheltering this fine-dining restaurant overlooks pedestrianised New Walk. Ambitious menus might start with Cotswolds gin-cured trout with tonic gel and move on to pork loin with house-smoked sausages and black pudding purée, ending with coconut mille-feuile with coconut powder, passion fruit sorbet and mango gel. Dinner jackets aren't compulsory but a dress code's required.
