Now run by the St Ives Liquor Company (makers of the town's premium craft gin), this wharf-side restaurant specialises in Cornish-tinged tapas: crab gratin, mackerel fillet, mussels and the like, alongside the usual Padrón peppers and bread-and-olives combo. Richly furnished in gentlemen's club style (leather chairs, dark wood, sombre colours), it's great for cocktails and has a cracking harbour view.
