St Ives

Much recommended and reliable B&B in a stone-fronted Edwardian villa, with four rooms offering elevated views over the harbour (rooms 1 and 2 are the best of the quartet). It's simply decorated, with blue bedspreads, stripy blinds and pine bedsteads – and luxury extras including Hypnos beds and goose-down duvets add a dash of panache. The only major drawback? No parking.
