San Carlo Cicchetti

Manchester

Celebrity chef Aldo Zilli has designed the superlative menu at this ornate Italian restaurant on the ground floor of House of Fraser. Instead of big plates of carb overload, though, you get smaller dishes known as cicchetti. The truffle and pecorino ravioli are divine. It also serves standard egg dishes for breakfast.
