Modelled on a Kentish oast house (a medieval kiln used to dry out hops), this Spinningfields staple was completely refurbished in 2018, including a remodelled courtyard for outdoor dining. The broad-ranging menu has burgers, kebabs, steaks and rotisserie chickens cooked in the BBQ oven, but you can also get a delicious fondue and a fine selection of homemade pies.
