Independent outdoors shop LD Mountain Centre, established in 1966, was one of the first of its kind in Britain and is the creator of the renowned Berghaus brand. Camping equipment, clothing, footwear and hiking and climbing gear are stocked over three levels. It also sells maps; knowledgeable staff can provide advice for exploring the region.
