Grainger Market

Newcastle-upon-Tyne

Trading since 1835, Newcastle's gorgeous covered market has over 110 stalls selling everything from fish, farm produce, meat and vegetables to clothes, accessories and homewares. Between alleys 1 and 2, look out for the historic Weigh House, where goods were once weighed. There are some fantastic food stalls to pick up lunch on the run.
